We provide a detailed Site Inspection service using our highly experienced Advisors across the UK.

We have developed an advanced Site inspection solution which emails the completed signed electronic Inspection report from our Clients site to their Management team’s email addresses.  The Client can set up a hierarchy which dictates who receives which report, for what site and what rights they have to modify site details etc.

Our Clients can login in to a secure website where they will be able to view all completed reports immediately after the report is completed, add new sites, put sites on hold, change visit frequency and even see when visits are scheduled. 

We can also run very detailed reports from any given date range, for a Site, Contracts Manager, Contracts Director or entire company.  This report will contain all comments made or even a certain desired criteria, it will show trends and common faults, highlight training deficiencies and show a measurable fault per visit ratio to enable us to monitor improvements.

Our advisors act as pro-actively as possible and will ask what site activity is planned next in case they can offer advice for the future works.
